Fit Ninja was created by the team at SocialNinjas to address a massive problem in the fitness industry: personalization is gated behind an expensive paywall, and the affordable alternatives are generic, ineffective PDFs.

We believe that high-quality, science-backed fitness and nutrition coaching should be accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford ₹5,000+ per month for personal trainers. That is why we built a completely custom coaching PWA for just ₹299/month.

How Fit Ninja Works

Fit Ninja uses your exact body metrics, dietary choices, and target goals to generate a comprehensive daily coaching dashboard. The calculations are built on proven sports science:

• Precision Caloric Target: Calculates TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation.
• Target Macronutrients: Calibrated based on your muscle-building or fat-loss goals, customized to non-veg, veg, vegan, or eggetarian options.
• Custom Workout Splits: Full Push-Pull-Legs (PPL) program or structured home programs with video guides and tracking logs.
• Monthly Progression Engine: Automatically adjusts target numbers every 4 weeks as you log your weight to break through plateaus.

Your fitness journey is personal, and your data should be too. Fit Ninja employs secure Supabase database logic and encrypted client-side storage to protect your body stats, workout logs, and progress photos. We never sell your data or share it with third parties.
