Welcome to **Fit Ninja** (fit.socialninjas.in). By accessing our web application, signing up for an account, or subscribing to our plans, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of the App

Fit Ninja is a web-based fitness and nutrition utility designed to generate personalized workout routines and meal plans. You agree to use the application solely for personal, non-commercial fitness tracking. You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use this service.

2. Billing, Subscriptions, and Cancellation

• Subscription Fee: Access to Fit Ninja is priced at a premium rate of ₹299 per month.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are processed securely via Razorpay and will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Profile settings in the app. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods. You will retain access until the end of your paid billing cycle.
• Refunds: Since our services involve instant custom generation of plans, subscription charges are non-refundable.

3. Fitness & Health Disclaimer (Critical Safety Notice)

Fit Ninja is not a medical organization or professional healthcare provider. Our calculations, workouts, and nutritional targets are powered by coaching algorithms and sports science models but do not constitute medical advice.

You should consult with a physician or healthcare provider before starting any diet or exercise program, particularly if you have pre-existing injuries, cardiac conditions, or metabolic disorders. You agree that you perform all workout programs and follow nutritional recommendations entirely at your own risk.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, perform scraping, or attempt unauthorized exploitation of our database or application servers.
