• Dietary Preferences: Vegetarian, vegan, eggetarian, or non-vegetarian preferences.
• Progress Photos: Photos uploaded to monitor muscle-building or fat-loss progression.
• Log Data: Your logged weights, target workout sets, and completed reps.

2. How We Use and Process Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to power the coaching features of our application:

• Calculating caloric requirements and macro distribution.
• Calibrating custom meal plans and portion size scaling.
• Suggesting home or gym training programs with matching target weights.
• Calculating monthly check-in progressions.

3. Data Storage and Fail-safe Protection

We leverage secure database systems (Supabase) to store and retrieve your account details. To ensure a bulletproof user experience, progress photos are compressed locally using in-memory scaling before uploading to secure storage buckets. If database uploading fails, compressed images are backed up locally in your browser's encrypted local storage namespace so your progress records are never lost.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third-party advertisers or data brokers. Your profile details, logs, and progress photos are private to your account.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You can access, modify, or delete your account information directly from your Profile settings inside the app. You can cancel your coaching subscription at any time.
